There are seasons when the weight of our own mind feels unbearable - when the fog refuses to lift, and the days blur into one. This piece speaks to that quiet, persistent fight: the simple, often invisible act of taking one small step forward. You Have to Keep Moving is a reminder that even when darkness clings to the edges, the light - however faint - always finds a way in. There is hope in motion, in choosing to show up. The storm may not be over, but it can wait… just one more day.

There’s a restlessness that lives within - a quiet, persistent ache that whispers of something missing. Searching is a visual embodiment of that inner dissonance - the moments when everything on the surface seems complete, yet your soul drifts through shadows, grasping for an anchor. Through layers of warm ochres and inky depths, this piece captures the essence of longing - the feeling of being unmoored, of navigating through an intangible void, in pursuit of a place or feeling that feels like home.

This triptych reflects the reality that no two days - or versions of ourselves - are ever exactly the same. Some days are eventful, others are uneventful. Some leave lasting marks, others pass by quietly. But each one plays a part in shaping who we are. We often expect ourselves to be consistent, productive, or emotionally stable every day. But life doesn’t work that way. It’s constantly shifting, and so are we.

This work is about accepting that change. It’s about recognising that even on the most ordinary or difficult days, something within us is shifting. It may not always be obvious, but over time, these everyday moments contribute to our growth - not loudly, but relentlessly. Not all at once, but piece by piece.

Eclipse - I explores the quiet shift between clarity and obscurity - in space where boundaries blur and certainty dissolves. Shadows merge quietly, insidiously - staining your thoughts, dimming your clarity, evoking the unseen landscapes of the mind. In this stillness lies a subtle power: the invitation to pause, to sit with ambiguity, and to discover beauty in what is unresolved. The work reflects on transformation as a gentle, inevitable process - where light and shadow coexist, each shaping and deepening the other.

This painting reflects the emotional confusion of feeling too much and nothing at the same time. It’s about the mental and emotional overload that can come with being highly sensitive - where joy and anxiety, clarity and chaos, all coexist at once. You can feel like you’re functioning on the outside but disconnected on the inside.

This piece captures that inner conflict - the confusion, the exhaustion, and the strange sense of holding it all together without fully understanding how. It’s not about having answers, but simply recognising that even in the mess, you are still here. You exist, and that matters.

The show must go on - even when you don’t feel like showing up. Whether you bury yourself in bed, drown out the world with noise, or keep moving at breakneck speed, this piece is a gentle, chaotic reminder: life doesn’t wait for your permission.
Life Happens in Between - captures the fleeting, imperfect moments we often forget - the messy, mundane, or extreme rhythms that fill our days. You may not remember every single one. But in all of it - the noise, the stillness, the highs and the lows - you’re living. You’re alive. And that matters.

There are moments when stillness feels like a return - not to sorrow, but to a space within that is deeply familiar. Into the Fold explores this quiet inward turning, where memory and emotion settle like layers of earth, shaping who we are. It reflects on the gentle weight of what we carry, the echoes of the past that live within us, and the way they fold into our present. This piece is a meditation on acceptance - of holding space for what has been, while allowing it to transform into something softer, something whole.

“Will I die feeling like this?” - it’s not a whisper, but a scream that rises from the deepest, darkest corners of the mind. This piece is a visual manifestation of that thought - where light is slowly swallowed by a creeping void. It speaks of the moments when despair arrives uninvited, invading everything you’ve nurtured, corroding joy, love, and hope in its path. The black seeps like poison into the fragile soil of the soul, burdening it with a battle already imagined lost.

This work captures that numb ache - when even the act of feeling becomes

too much.

Soulmates

Where do we go after this life ends? Do our souls descend quietly into forgotten corners of the earth - unseen, yet vividly alive - to dance, to play, to remember?

This painting captures that very curiosity. Set within the imagined crevice of a mountain, two soul forms float in gentle motion - suspended between worlds, lit by a divine, otherworldly light pouring in from above. There is mystery in the shadows, but also a sense of serenity, intimacy, and almost childlike wonder in the interaction of these luminous forms. The work draws on themes of spiritual longing, imagined afterlives, and the invisible threads that bind soulmates across time and space. The layered pigments evoke terrain and sky, earth and ether - blurring the line between physical and spiritual landscapes.
